SERVICE EXCHANGE CONDITIONS OF SALE

All SERVICE EXCHANGE parts are Priced and sold Conditional upon return to us of ‘core’; that being the used part(s). We require core back in viable re buildable condition in order to remanufacture back to original specification. Without this viable core we incur cost to obtain a similar core. This cost can vary greatly and in the event used core cannot be found, we may at great cost have to purchase new. Accordingly it is essential the core is sent back to us and the conditions of core return followed.

As is industry practice, a Core SURCHARGE will be invoiced at the same time as the part is invoiced.

The Core SURCHARGE invoice will be credited upon return of viable core.

CONDITIONS OF CORE RETURN

In order to receive credit for the Core SURCHARGE invoice, the following conditions must be met:

1. Core must be received by us within 7 days from original dispatch from our premises.
2. Core must be as off engine, assembled and complete. A box of parts does not constitute viable re buildable core.
3. Core must be re buildable according to original manufacturers specifications. No fire damage or heavy corrosion.
4. The same/equivalent part number that we provided to the customer.

Note: The customer is responsible for safe carriage of core to our site.

The core should be drained of lubricants where necessary and packed carefully to avoid shipping damage.
